1. How do I create a new account?
Sign on to www.Travel4Sports.com and click Join Now then select athlete, coach, tournament director, or organization. Go through the registration process then check your email and click on the link provided to activate your membership.
2. How do I change my password?
Log on, in the left navigation area click on My Account, click on Edit Account Settings. Make your changes then click Apply Changes.
3. How do I change my username?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your username, so please choose something that you will remember easily.
4. How do I change my contact information?
Log on, in the left navigation area click on My Account, click on Edit Details. Make your changes then click Apply Changes.
5. Can I have more then one username with the same email address?
We require that each user have their own separate email address.
6. Where can I get a free email address?
www.yahoo.com offers free email addresses and the registration process is simple and easy.
7. How do I get my membership card?
Log on, in the left navigation area click on My Account, click on Get My Membership Card then click Print Now.
8. How do I search for hotels/restaurants/tournaments/CVB's?
Log on, in the left navigation area click on the appropriate heading (Tournaments/Lodging/Dining Directory/CVB) enter the city, or zip code, click Search.
9. How do I print coupons?
Log on, in the left navigation area click on Dining Directory, select a location and a restaurant, and click Restaurant Details, then click Coupons, then Print Now.
10. How do I create a new itinerary?
Log on, after you have selected your location (lodging, dining, venue) view details of that location and click Add to My Addresses then either click Close Window and select another address or click Go to View my Addresses. Select which addressed you want included in your itinerary and click Create Itinerary, name your itinerary and click Save Itinerary.
11. How do I map out my itinerary?
Log on, select My Account in the left navigation area click on Saved Addresses, click on Create Route and select a beginning point and an end point and click View Route.
12. Can I use Travel4Sports anywhere?
Your Travel4Sports membership card is good anywhere that it accepted, please browse the online directories to find specific places.
13. Can my kids use Travel4Sports, is it safe?
Travel4Sports is easy enough that any child could use it. The site itself is also secure in the fact that there is nothing posted on the site that is pornographic or in bad taste.
14. Can a parent access their child's account?
Parents can register as a parent and have full access to the child's profile. Parents needs to register as a parent, then in the left navigation area click My Account then click Manage Child's Account then either add a child and click Add Account or select which child's account you wish to access.
15. How do I invite a friend to join?
Log on, in the left navigation area click Invite a Friend, then fill out the email address and add a personal message if you choose to then click Send Invitation.
16. What if I have a problem with my account?
If you have any problems or questions with your account please feel free to click on Contact, which is located in the left navigation area and fill out all fields and a Travel4Sports representative will be in contact with you.

7. How can I sign up all my players for Travel4Sports?
There are two printable flyers available for coaches which you can use to invite all your players to join Travel4Sports.com. Just login to your coach account, then go to My Account and choose from the account main menu whichever flyer you believe to be suitable for your players.

Log on, in the left navigation area click Tournaments then click Post a New Tournament, enter the necessary information and then click Add Tournament.

Just go to the Venues section using the left navigation area, then click the Add a Venue link located in the upper-left corner of the screen. Fill in the form and press the submit button.

1. How do I register my organization?
At this time you can not register your organization online, you can only inquire. If you click on Register Now and fill out all the appropriate fields and click Register we will review your information and be in contact with you as soon as possible.
2. How do I add a sport if it's not already listed?
When registering enter the sport that you wish to add in the Other Sports field that is provided and click Apply Changes.
3. How can I advertise Travel4Sports to my members?
Just login into your organization account and in the main menu of your acount click on the Printable Flyer section.
